These Terms of Service govern your use of TurfRush. TurfRush is an entertainment and community game tool that lets people create no-login faction battles, share room links, claim territory, and view battle reports.

By using TurfRush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Community Game Use

TurfRush is intended for casual community play. You are responsible for how you create rooms, choose room titles, choose nicknames, share links, and invite your community to participate.

Do not use TurfRush for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or invasive activity. Do not place sensitive personal information in room titles, nicknames, or other game text.

Room Links And Reports

Room links and report links may be shared by hosts or players. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view the related room or report while it is available. Only share links with people who should have access to that game context.

TurfRush may expire, remove, or modify rooms, reports, and related data when needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, reduce risk, or improve the product.

Prohibited Activity

You agree not to:

• attack, overload, scrape aggressively, or disrupt TurfRush infrastructure
• attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with other rooms
• upload, submit, or share malware, spam, or harmful content
• impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with a community
• use TurfRush in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

Availability And Changes

TurfRush is provided as a small web product that may change over time. Features may be added, changed, interrupted, limited, or removed. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, Discord server, or community workflow.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as TurfRush changes. The updated version will be posted on this page.
